Canyon Vista Medical Center is seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse - Clinical Nurse Manager to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating clinical activities of the Wound Care Center, including patient care assessment, planning, and implementation, as well as quality improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate clinical activities of the Wound Care Center, including patient care assessment, planning, and implementation.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Program Director and Medical Director to meet the Center's program objectives.
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Current RN license and Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
- One year of experience as an RN, with two or more years preferred.
- Prior supervisory experience and wound care certification are highly desirable.
