Impact on the Organization
As a vital member of our team, you will engage in essential warehouse operations to support both internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently load and unload materials to and from specified locations including racks, shelves, and vehicles.
- Accurately pull and pick orders based on various pick tickets.
- Ensure all parts received are properly stocked by receiving personnel.
- Provide assistance in shipping and receiving documentation as required.
- Operate and stage trucks as necessary.
- Participate in regular cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Contribute to 5S and LEAN initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Help maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Align operations with the warehouse's organizational objectives.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including safe work practices and standard operating procedures.
- Undertake additional tasks as assigned by management.

Essential Qualifications
Skills and Competencies:
- Familiarity with warehouse processes and best practices.
- Basic proficiency in mathematics and computer operations.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multi-departmental team.

Work Environment:
- Regularly lift and transport heavy items.
- Work frequently in a warehouse setting, both indoors and outdoors, in various weather conditions.
- Must be able to wear necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Educational Background:
- High School diploma or GED is preferred.

Professional Experience:
- Previous experience in a Warehouse/Receiving Associate role is required.
- Experience in the manufacturing sector is advantageous.
