Job Summary:

At Salina Regional Health Center, we are seeking a skilled Cardiovascular Ultrasound Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in echocardiography technology and be able to effectively operate ultrasound equipment to produce high-quality images.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations for subsequent evaluation and treatment by attending physicians.
  • Operate ultrasound equipment to produce quality images in a variety of settings.
  • Explain procedures and answer questions for patients, exhibiting superior levels of customer service.
  • Adjust equipment controls to set proper protocol based on knowledge of the procedure and established guidelines.

Requirements:
  • High School graduate or GED.
  • 4 years previous experience in Echocardiography technology preferred.
  • RDCS through ARDMS or CCI.
  • BLS Certification within 90 days of employment.
