Clinical Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Archbold Medical Center. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality patient care and medication management.

• Comply with pharmacy operation standards and policies to ensure patient safety and optimal medication therapy.
• Assume responsibility for own professional education and provide education to patients and healthcare professionals on medication management and safety.
• Utilize effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with healthcare teams and provide patient-centered care.
• Critically evaluate patient drug regimens and detect potential medication-related problems.
• Provide rational drug therapy recommendations based on patient medical records, laboratory data, and other relevant patient parameters.
• Formulate optimal pharmacotherapeutic plans that prioritize interventions and provide follow-up recommendations.

• Current GA Pharmacist license.
• Hospital experience preferred.
• GA Residency preferred.
