Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (Med/Surg Tele) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a current New York license (or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions) and have at least 2 years of recent experience as a Registered Nurse (Med/Surg Tele).
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients in a Med/Surg Tele setting.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Current New York license (or multistate for NLC eligible states and positions)
- Current BLS (AHA or ARC)
- 2 years recent experience in relevant level and specialty
