Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair dish machine operations, identifying and correcting mechanical problems.
  • Disassemble equipment, determine reusable parts, and refurbish to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide on-call emergency service to our customers, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations.
  • Perform quality testing to ensure the functionality of machines, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
  • Utilize a variety of hand and power tools on a daily basis, maintaining a high level of proficiency.
  • Work on all mechanical and electrical components of machines, requiring a strong understanding of technical principles.
  • Operate company vehicles responsibly, adhering to safety protocols and company policies.
  • Clean and sanitize machines after reassembly, maintaining a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.

Requirements:

  • May be required to ascend/descend stairs at the branch and customer locations, necessitating a high level of mobility and flexibility.
