Job Summary:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team at Select Medical. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with critically ill patients and help them regain their independence.

Responsibilities:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualized therapy plans for patients with complex needs. This will include participating in discharge planning, supervising therapy assistants, and ensuring that all regulatory requirements are met. You will also be responsible for conducting individual patient therapy regimens, monitoring patient response to treatment, and modifying treatment as needed. Additionally, you will be required to complete appropriate documentation according to department policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a valid, current license in the State in which you are practicing, as well as a graduation from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy. You will also need to be eligible to take or have passed the examination for Occupational Therapists administered by the NBCOT. Successful completion of the National Registry Examination is also required. You will also need to have a passion for providing a superior quality of care and be an inventive problem solver who thrives in a dynamic environment.
