We are seeking a skilled Tire/Lube Technician to join our team at Westlie Motor Co Inc. in Minot. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and performing light mechanical service and tire service on customer vehicles.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake adjustments.
  • Drain and fill coolant systems, repair and replace tires, and lubricate moving parts to ensure optimal engine performance.
  • Test tire pressure, add air as needed, and perform other tasks to ensure vehicle safety and efficiency.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Benefits:
