We are seeking a qualified Part-Time Evening ESL Teacher to join our team at New Brunswick Public Schools. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching English as a Second Language to adult learners at our Adult Learning Center.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to meet the needs of adult ESL students.
- Assess student progress and adjust instruction accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective ESL program.
- Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and administrators.
- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
- Permanent New Jersey teacher's certificate (ESL preferred).
- Experience in teaching Adult ESL students preferred.
- Experience in teaching multi-lingual learners.
- Familiarity with ESL instruction preferred.
$48.00/hour, pending budgetary approval.
