About the Role

We are seeking a skilled LPN LVN to join our team at Providence Facey Medical Foundation. As a member of our nursing staff, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional healthcare services.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and documenting patient information.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited licensed practical/vocational nursing program.
  • Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • At least 18 months of licensed nursing experience.
