We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Diagnostic Imaging Professional to join our team as a Traveling Medical Imaging Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to patients in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using various modalities, including ultrasound, to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes.
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve imaging quality, patient satisfaction, and workflow efficiency.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with advances in imaging technology and techniques.
Requirements:
- Current certification in Diagnostic Medical Sonography (RDMS) or equivalent.
- Experience with ultrasound imaging modalities, including vascular and general ultrasound.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
