Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Kalypso, Inc. - California. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing our Farm Fresh menu items to meet our high standards for food safety, portioning, sizing, packaging, and plating.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare menu items to meet our high standards for food safety, portioning, sizing, packaging, and plating.
  • Work efficiently to achieve our speed of service goals.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • At least 17 years old.
  • Previous customer service and/or restaurant experience a plus.
  • Able to read, speak, take direction, and comprehend written instructions in the English language.
  • Physically required to stand (up to 4 hours at a time), walk, bend, and lift up to 65 pounds.
  • Must be able to present a State or County mandated Food Handler Card within the specified time frame.
