- Manage materials and equipment, ensuring efficient use and minimal waste.
- Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices.
- Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a carpenter, with expertise in wood and metal framing for commercial projects.
