Job Summary
The KR Wolfe Healthcare Renovation Technician is responsible for the safe and efficient demolition and renovation of healthcare spaces, including operating rooms, emergency rooms, and ICU rooms. This is a full-time, 100% travel position that requires working on days, weekends, and nights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize power tools and hand tools to perform demolition and renovation duties
  • Oversee quality assurance and identify hazardous materials
  • Organize building materials and prepare daily construction reports
  • Maintain a clean working environment and exhibit dependable, reliable, punctual, and trustworthy conduct

Requirements
  • OSHA 10 Training preferred
  • Basic structural knowledge and ability to install structures unassisted
  • Strong teamwork, leadership, and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in one or more of the following trades: carpentry, painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, framing, mechanical
  • Ability to work under general supervision and lead small projects or teams
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English to interact with coworkers and customers

Compensation and Benefits
$30.00 per hour based on experience, plus health, dental, and vision benefits, 401K contribution and match, and paid time off.
