**Job Summary**

Wipro is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Answer inbound calls from customers to provide assistance with questions and concerns
  • Offer solution-based resolutions regarding products and services
  • Schedule appointments to address in-home needs
  • Manage other customer-related tasks such as order processing, rescheduling, and payment refunds

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Active listening and professional communication skills
  • Ability to multitask using various channels of communication
  • Proficient in web-based applications
  • Experience working with the public and providing excellent customer care
  • 1 year experience in customer service in an inbound call center is preferred
