Job Overview

Estimated Salary: $40-$60 per hour

Job Description
This role requires the provision of nursing care through coordination, implementation, and evaluation of the resident's plan of care. You will be responsible for supervising the resident care activity performance by nursing assistants, managing the environment to maintain resident safety, and adhering to the standards of care for the area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents/patients.
  • Supervise nursing assistants in resident care activities.
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for residents/patients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A valid LPN license in the state.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • The ability to calculate drug dosage.
  • Basic computer knowledge and aptitude to learn company applications.

Additional Information
This position requires you to work a minimum of 8 shifts and no more than 10 shifts per month along with summer and winter holidays.
