The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, with experience in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, and quality management. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage cross-functional teams and implement change initiatives.

About the Role

  • Responsible for driving quality and efficiency initiatives across the organization.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of quality policies and procedures.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in manufacturing, metrology, mechanical engineering, or related technical field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft products, with experience in Access desired.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and implementing change initiatives.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
