We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Medically Managed Withdrawal (Detox) treatment team at Bridgeway Community Health.

As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, and adhering to the highest standards of professional practice.


About the Role

This is a full-time position that requires flexibility and adaptability, including on-call responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient-centered care.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough client assessments, develop individualized care plans, and implement evidence-based treatments under the guidance of physician assistants or physicians.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and maintain accurate medical records, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care, address client needs, and ensure seamless transitions between care settings.
  • Participate in discharge planning, educating clients about ongoing health management, and referring them to other medical agencies as necessary.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of an associate degree in nursing, accompanied by a current, unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse in Oregon.
  • Prior experience working with individuals struggling with addiction is preferred, but not required.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $65,000 to $90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental coverage, a 5% employer match 401(k) plan, corporate fitness membership subsidy, and internal growth opportunities.
