**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

As a Small Projects Journeyman Plumber, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a clean and safe work site.
  • Installing plumbing systems under the direction of the project Foreman or Supervisor.
  • Training journeymen, apprentices, and laborers in plumbing techniques and best practices.
  • Reviewing materials needed for the job well in advance to ensure timely completion.
  • Notifying the general manager of any items that will improve project productivity.
  • Reviewing and maintaining project productivity to ensure high-quality results.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid State Journeyman's Plumbing License.
  • A valid Driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Experience with commercial, mixed-use, apartment, remodel, and TI projects.
  • 5 years of experience as a Journeyman is preferred but not required.
  • The ability to read and follow plans and specs.
