Adult Autism Specialist

Achieving True Self is seeking a skilled Adult Autism Specialist to join our team. As a Systematic Skill Builder, you will work with individuals on the autism spectrum to develop adaptive skills and promote independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate participant abilities and learning style to develop effective Skill Building Plans.
- Develop and implement adaptive skills using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Collaborate with participants, family members, and support providers to ensure consistent implementation of Skill Building Plans.
- Monitor and analyze data to modify and revise Skill Building Plans as needed.
- Complete all necessary documentation and maintain eligibility for direct services.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Education, or a related field.
- At least one year of experience providing direct service to adults on the autism spectrum.
- Valid PA Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
- Clearances: FBI Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, and PA Criminal History.
- Comfort using technology, including Google Workspace and Electronic Medical Records systems.
