We are seeking an enthusiastic and empathetic Community Engagement Assistant to join our team at The Good Samaritan Home of Quincy. As a Long Term Care Activity Specialist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by creating engaging and meaningful activities.

We offer a competitive salary of $50,000 per year, plus benefits including health insurance, PTO, and tuition reimbursement. As a Community Engagement Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing activity programs that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident-centered care delivery
- Documenting resident participation and engagement
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment for activities
