Physician Empire is seeking a skilled Child Psychiatrist to join our comprehensive community behavioral health outpatient program located on the shores of Lake Erie. This picturesque setting offers a unique work-life balance, with a 90-minute drive to Pittsburgh, Cleveland, and Buffalo.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong interest in community mental health and serious mental illness, with a preference for 2-5 years of experience in a community mental health setting. Our team values flexibility and offers a stable and friendly work environment, with a nursing team that manages phone calls and troubleshoots on behalf of the provider.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality psychiatric care to children and adolescents
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Manage a caseload of three appointments per hour, with flexibility to adjust to patient acuity
