Job Details

We are seeking a skilled Dialysis Care Specialist to join our team at CoreMedical Group. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide top-notch care to patients undergoing dialysis treatments.

About the Role

This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package. You will be working closely with patients, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care.

Responsibilities
  • Administer dialysis treatments according to established protocols and patient needs
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
  • Monitor patients' condition, reporting any changes or concerns to nursing staff
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care plans
Requirements
  • 1-year experience in home and in-center dialysis setting preferred
  • Ability to work Monday-Wednesday-Friday shifts starting at 7am
