About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Deli Associate to join our team at Albertsons Companies. As a Deli Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing high-quality food products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve a variety of deli meats, cheeses, salads, sandwiches, dips, and gourmet and hot case food items
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations
  • Operate various tools and equipment, including meat and cheese slicers, food scales, fryers, ovens, and cash registers
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
