Plastic Surgery Nurse Specialist

At AirSculpt, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team of elite cosmetic surgeons. As a Plastic Surgery Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and supporting our board-certified plastic and cosmetic surgeons in the delivery of unparalleled safety, remarkable results, and exceptional care to each and every patient.

Our minimally invasive procedure removes fat and tightens skin, while sculpting targeted areas of the body, allowing for quick healing with minimal bruising, tighter skin, and precise results. We have over 40,000 successful cases performed in our 27 premium locations throughout the U.S, Canada, and the United Kingdom.
This full-time position is located in one of our clinics around the country and requires a nurse who measures up to our high standards. Our ideal candidate is an energetic people person who is extremely keen on patient care and providing our patients with a fun experience.
**Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, including JCAHO, HIPAA, and OSHA
- Perform nursing tasks, demonstrating clinical competency, including administering medications correctly, setting up sterile fields correctly, and performing equipment disinfection and sterilization correctly
- Complete all required documentation accurately, in a timely manner, and thoroughly in accordance with company standards
- Communicate effectively with the team, including physicians, medical assistants, patient coordinators, and others daily clinical and surgical schedule and anticipate appropriately
- Document clinical and surgical chart notes appropriately and accurately
- Ensure the highest level of patient care and patient service is provided at all times
- Consistently follow policies and procedures to ensure positive patient outcomes
- Increase physicians' overall patient retention by providing the highest quality patient care and patient experience
- Assist in all aspects of a clinical and surgical environment
- Remain tactful, mature, and able to get along with diverse personalities
- Complete other projects and/or duties as determined by Clinical Leadership Members
Requirements:
- Current Nurse license (RN, LVN, or LPN) with a minimum of two years' nursing experience
- Current ACLS certification required for all nurses (RNs, LPNs, LVNs, RPNs)
- Current IV certification required for all LVNs/LPNs in the United States and RPNs in Canada
- Experience working in a plastic surgery office is a plus
- Availability to work overtime as needed
- Availability to work weekends (Saturdays and/or Sundays) as needed
- High energy with a strong focus on patient-care and patient-experience
- Ability to function well both independently and as part of a team
- Authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including insurance, retirement plan, paid time off, and more.
