Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective business strategies to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of dental professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure exceptional patient care
  • Collaborate with our doctors to prioritize and plan business goals, ensuring alignment with our practice's vision and mission
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement processes to improve patient satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and excellence in patient care
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a dental office setting, with a proven track record of leadership and management
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions
