Job Responsibilities
  • Process required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.
  • Assist with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports.
  • Manage HR projects and various miscellaneous administrative activities.
  • Develop and implement safety programs for the facility.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Provide clerical support to the HR department.
