Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional services to students with speech, language, and communication disorders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, and communication disorders in students.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address the unique needs of each student.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress and integrate therapy goals into the educational setting.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of student assessments, progress, and therapy sessions.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other team meetings as needed.
  • Stay informed about the latest developments, research, and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Valid New Jersey state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certification from the New Jersey Department of Education as a Speech-Language Specialist or Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
