Job Title: CMM Programmer

We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our team at TheMasonGroup. As a CMM Programmer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining programs for Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) used in the quality control process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop CMM programs for the measurement of parts and components.
  • Utilize CMM software and equipment to create accurate and efficient measurement routines.
  • Interpret engineering drawings and specifications to create measurement programs.
  • Continuously refine and optimize existing CMM programs to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to incorporate design changes into existing programs.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in CMM programming and operation.
  • Proficiency in CMM software and CAD software.
  • Strong understanding of engineering drawings, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T), and metrology principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
