This role is based in Dayton, OH or Lewiston, ME, with remote work options available.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and review incoming purchase orders, ensuring accuracy with products and services sold.
  • Act as the central point of contact between Sales, dealers, and internal departments, communicating order details, special requests, and schedule changes.
  • Work closely with dealers to ensure they can effectively use company tools and systems.
  • Maintain organized tracking systems for all incoming orders, providing weekly updates to internal teams on new orders and relevant details.
  • C-coordinate shipping schedules, ensuring all parties are aware of timelines, deadlines, and changes.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in sales support, inside sales, or order processing roles.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP, with ability to enter purchase orders accurately.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
