Position Overview
We are currently seeking skilled Installers (Construction General Laborers) to join our team. As a Concrete Installer, your primary responsibilities will include lifting and transporting heavy materials, interpreting technical drawings, and executing various masonry tasks. This role requires proficiency in mixing cement and restoring damaged masonry structures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Mixing cement and other materials
- Cutting, shaping, and finishing masonry components
- Fabricating, modifying, and repairing various structures and surfaces
- Laying building materials such as concrete and brick to construct walls
- Utilizing tools and equipment for mixing and molding
- Performing additional tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of experience in construction or a related trade
- Ability to stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods
- Familiarity with masonry tools, techniques, and materials
- Valid driver's license
- A positive, can-do attitude with a commitment to excellent customer service
- Strong work ethic, honesty, and dedication
Physical Requirements:
This position involves lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs), prolonged standing and walking, and performing physically demanding tasks. Candidates must possess good manual dexterity and coordination, as well as the stamina to handle strenuous labor. Visual acuity is necessary for reading reports and interpreting data.
