Nighttime Pastry Specialist

Panera Bread is seeking a skilled Pastry Cook to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for creating high-quality breads, cookies, and pastries that exceed customer expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for baking and a strong attention to detail. You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and consistency.

• Create a variety of breads, cookies, and pastries for our menu items
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily goals and objectives

• 1+ years of experience in a commercial bakery or similar environment
• Degree in baking and pastry arts or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Strong understanding of baking principles and techniques
