At Openwork, we're seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team in Olive Branch, MS. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by performing inspections, recording findings, and participating in daily team meetings.
Responsibilities:- Conduct product and quality process inspections to ensure compliance with established standards.
- Accurately record inspection findings in reports, logs, and the quality database.
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss inspection results and quality control processes.
- Report any quality issues to the assigned lead or supervisor promptly.
- Conduct daily audits of the assigned work area to identify areas for improvement.
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience in quality control or a related field.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work on ladders.
- Manual dexterity and ability to follow verbal and written directions.
- Effective team player and communicator.
- Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday work schedule.
- Receive weekly pay and comprehensive healthcare, vision, and dental benefits.
- Offering two shifts: 7 am to 3:30 pm OR 4 pm to 12:30 am.
- Starting pay: $16/hr, with an additional $2/hr for the swing shift.
