### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Interventional Radiology team at Brigham and Women's Faulkner Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission to provide exceptional healthcare services.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide direct patient care in the Interventional Radiology department, utilizing your expertise in nursing practices and procedures.
* Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring patient-centered care and optimal outcomes.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.
* Lead and mentor nursing staff, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Interventional Radiology, incorporating new knowledge and skills into your practice.

### Requirements

* BSN required, MSN preferred.
* Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required.
* Applicable certification required within 1 year of hire.
* BLS and ACLS required.
* Excellent IV skills required.
* Recent clinical background in Interventional Nursing Required (Interventional Radiology, Interventional Cardiology, Endoscopy).
* Critical Care, ED, or PACU experience required.
* Experience leading an intraprofessional team in a clinical setting.
* Ability to demonstrate observational skills and the ability to set priorities.
