Job Summary

CHRISTUS Health is seeking a skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our medical oncology unit. As a CNA, you will work closely with our nursing team to deliver high-quality patient care and support to individuals undergoing treatment for cancer.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with registered nurses to implement effective patient care plans.
  • Perform various patient care activities, including assisting with daily living tasks and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in patient care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment by communicating effectively with colleagues and demonstrating a commitment to teamwork.

Qualifications:

  • CNA License in state of employment required.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in oncology or a related field.
