Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Sanitation Specialist to join our team at BJ's Restaurant & Brewhouse. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests and employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deep Cleaning and Sanitation: Perform daily and scheduled deep cleaning and sanitation of restaurant floors, bathrooms, and grounds to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Waste Management: Empty and properly dispose of trash and recyclables to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Work with managers to address maintenance and equipment breakage, needs, or issues to ensure seamless operations.
  • Chemical Handling: Carefully handle cleaning chemicals as directed to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Required
  • Previous Cleaning or Maintenance Experience: Preferred
  • Ability to Work Independently: Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
