  • Responsible for data migration, archiving, and reconciliation as needed, working on multiple tasks or projects of medium size complexity.
  • Act as a subject matter expert and coach more junior staff, performing code review to ensure standards are adhered to and mentoring in coding best practices, configuration best practices, technical design, and quality assurance.
  • Collect required information to develop work scope around solutions to meet customer requirements, communicating systems and procedural changes to end users through excellent written and oral communications.
  • Assess situations, determine the problem(s), and propose solutions that provide value to the business, supporting and sometimes driving the definition of project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Business Analysis, Data Management, or Business Intelligence.
  • 3+ years of work experience in a business or technology role working closely with functions outside of IT, understanding business processes and needs.
  • Change Agent with Managerial Courage, Delivers Results, Holistic Thinking, Strong Teamwork & Collaboration, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Facilitation Skills, Thorough understanding of business processes, and ability to design, configure, and deploy solutions to support them.
