Welcome to Woodbury Lutheran Church

We are seeking a WLC Campus Pastor for Youth who is passionate about leading and guiding our youth ministry at the Oak Hill Campus. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting spiritual growth among teenagers, leading and managing volunteer ministry leaders, and overseeing and guiding youth ministry offerings.

About the Job:

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as adaptability and excellent organizational abilities. You will work closely with other staff members to develop and implement effective youth programs that align with the WLC vision.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong passion for discipling others and be a disciple of Jesus. You should also possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, as well as strong organizational and problem-solving skills. A fun and humble countenance is essential for this position.

Salary:**$55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
