KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, organize, and supervise engineering projects from inception to completion.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective engineering solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure optimal delivery.
  • Enhance electrical equipment designs for improved performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Engage with internal departments for effective budgeting, cost management, and project forecasting.
  • Direct the electrical design of custom-built machinery for client applications.
  • Conduct programming and troubleshooting of equipment to validate electrical designs before deployment.
  • Guide machine shop personnel and monitor project progress.
  • Communicate with clients to clarify project specifications and deliver tailored equipment solutions.
  • Maintain compliance with industry standards, codes, and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project engineering, management, or design.
  • Proficient in interpreting electrical schematics, P&ID, and CAD diagrams.
  • Experience with programming, particularly in Allen-Bradley (Rockwell Automation suite), is preferred.
  • Skilled in electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
  • Able to handle multiple projects concurrently.
  • Familiarity with design software such as SolidWorks and CAD.
  • Competent in data management, documentation, and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for project-related activities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Advanced education and professional certifications are advantageous.
