Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Radiology Technologist to join our team at Baptist Memorial Health Care. As a Radiology Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our imaging department.

Responsibilities
  • Perform imaging procedures and treatments according to radiology practice standards to aid in diagnosis and treatment of disease.
  • Develop and implement procedure and treatment plans utilizing established hospital protocols and guidelines.
  • Complete documentation as required to comply with hospital policies and procedures.
  • Maintain equipment, procedure and treatment rooms, and work areas in a neat and safe condition to ensure patient and staff safety.
  • Participate in hospital and departmental Performance Improvement activities to ensure patient care is consistent with established standards.
Requirements
  • Enrolled in an approved or accredited Radiology Program.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required within 30 days of hire date.
  • BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
  • Basic computer literacy skills.
