About the Position

We are seeking a skilled LPN to work per diem at St. Teresa Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Manchester, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for those looking to maintain a great work-life balance and advance their career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive care to residents in accordance with CCNH policies and standards of care.
  • Assess, plan, implement, and monitor resident care plans, collaborating with supervisors and attending physicians as needed.
  • Oversee and support LNAs and LMNAs in delivering quality care on the assigned unit.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Long-term care experience preferred.
  • Must possess and maintain a current Practical Nursing license and be in good standing with the State of New Hampshire Nursing Board.
Compensation

Hourly Wage Range: $32.00 to $37.40 per hour, depending on years of experience. Additional compensation for weekend shifts.
