Job Summary

We are seeking an Independent Optometrist to lease space inside our Walmart stores and provide high-quality eye and vision care services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive eye exams and vision care services to patients
• Establish your own schedule and hours of operation
• Control your patient schedule and set your own fee schedule
• Keep 100% of exam/professional fees

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) from an accredited optometry school
• Valid state optometry license
• General Liability Certificate
• Professional Liability Insurance Certificate
• W-9
