Medical Care Center Nurse

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct thorough nursing assessments and develop personalized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Administer medications and provide wound care as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients and families to ensure understanding and satisfaction
- Current RN license and BLS certification
- At least 6 months of recent Home Health experience
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Paid Time Off (PTO) after 1560 hours
