About the Role:

As a Shift Leader at Panda Express, you will play a vital role in bringing our mission to life in our restaurants. You will support management in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests by leading the team during shifts and managing store operations. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the team during shifts and manage store operations
• Support management in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests
• Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Requirements:

• Some high school education or equivalent
• Prefer some operations experience
• Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at applicant's own expense

Work Environment:

Our restaurants are fast-paced and dynamic environments. You will be expected to work in a team-oriented setting, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will be required to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for up to four hours, and reach across counter tops measured at 36 inches to serve customers. You must be able to work in a hot kitchen environment with noise levels that are usually high. Storage space is limited, and shelving is high. You must be able to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and manage conflicts/difficult situations effectively.
