Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at WellSpan Health. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Obtain patient history and gather information
  • Perform specialized procedures, examinations, and tests as ordered and aligned with the Ambulatory Clinical Scope Document
  • Ensure all patient care areas are adequately stocked with unexpired supplies and medications
  • Relay information and facilitate communication between the provider and the patient
  • Evaluate patient outcomes and meet with the manager and the hyperbaric physician to discuss patient treatment and adjust treatment as necessary
Requirements
  • Diploma Program Certificate of completion from an accredited LPN program
  • 1 year Clinical nursing experience
  • Licensed Practical Nurse Upon Hire Required
