Position Overview: As a key member of our sales team, you will represent our brand and create memorable experiences for our clients. Your role will involve understanding customer needs and showcasing the extensive range of vehicle customization options and accessories we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers both in-store and through various communication channels, providing exceptional service.
- Complete our Product Technology Specialist Certification to gain in-depth knowledge of our product offerings.
- Utilize effective sales techniques to assist customers and maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage inventory and maintain an organized and welcoming showroom environment.
- Ensure clients feel informed and confident about their vehicle upgrades throughout the process.
- Drive sales by identifying customer needs and presenting tailored solutions.
Qualifications:
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to empathize and negotiate.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and self-research skills.
- Comfortable with computer systems and proficient typing skills.
- Must be at least 18 years old and available to work five days a week, including Saturdays.
