Supplemental Health Care is seeking a skilled Home Health Nurse to join our team. As a Home Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

• Shift: 8 hours, days
• Duration: 13 weeks
• Pay: $1,820 - $2,017 per week

As a Home Health Nurse with Supplemental Health Care, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and families, providing individualized care and support. You will be responsible for assessing patients' needs, developing and implementing care plans, and providing education and support to patients and families.

Requirements:

• OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
• Electronic Charting experience
• Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience
• Current Maryland RN License
• American Heart Association BLS
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
