Role Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Caregiving Specialist to join our team at LHC Group. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home.

- Provide services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the healthcare team.\r
- Instruct patients' families in the care of the patient and maintenance of a healthy environment for the patient.\r
- Observe, record, and report to the supervising nurse and/or physician the patient's response to treatment and changes in the patient's condition daily.\r
Requirements:

- Current LPN licensure in the state of practice.\r
- Current Driver's License, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.\r
- CPR Certification required.\r

Compensation: The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience.
