Job Summary:As a NICU Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill newborns and their families. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to patients and families, promoting health and wellness.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, ensuring efficient and effective care delivery.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent experience.
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of California.
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Neonatal Resuscitation (NRP) certification.
