We are seeking a skilled Local Driver to join our team at JK Moving Services. As a Local Driver, you will be responsible for transporting household goods and furniture to accomplish move projects for homes, apartments, and storage facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Drive a light vehicle, such as a truck or van, to transport household goods and furniture
- Supervise Move Specialists and ensure customer paperwork is completed accurately
- Pack, lift, and move household goods and furniture between customer homes and trucks
- Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and perform regular checks
- Active Driver's license (Non-CDL)
- Prior Moving and storage or furniture delivery experience is a plus
- Experience as a crew leader or supervisor
- Must pass a DOT physical
- 1+ years of experience driving a commercial vehicle
- Capable of lifting up to 80lbs
